Description of service

Craioly provides an email communication and outreach management platform that lets you connect your own email accounts to send personalized messages and manage replies in a unified dashboard.

User responsibilities

• Use only email accounts you own or are authorized to use.
• Comply with applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Send relevant communications and respect opt-out requests.

Prohibited use

• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Phishing, fraudulent, or deceptive communications.
• Abuse of email systems or violation of any third-party terms.

Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Payment terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Refund policy

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@craioly.com within 7 days of payment.

Limitation of liability

Craioly is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
